11% of the world’s population is currently vulnerable to climate change impacts such as droughts, floods, heatwaves, extreme weather events and sea-level rise. The topic of climate change has long been neglected and ignored, and this ignorance has caused the situation to elevate to an unprecedented level. Mankind is leading itself towards a catastrophic planetary calamity.
